Deputy chief Imam of Fibre Mosque, Jos, Sheikh Auwal Danladi has reminded the people to always reflect on the absence of those who lived before them who are no more alive.
He gave the advice in a sermon he delivered shortly before he led the Jumaat prayers.
Sheikh Danladi said constant reflection on the death of loved ones, parents, brothers, sisters including leaders is a pointer that all things shall pass away.
The Cleric, therefore, warned believers against selfishness and greed which he said are largely responsible for crimes against humanity.
He particularly expressed worries over what he described as spiritual blindness among the people caused by greed which leads many to deprived orphans and the less privileged their rights.
Sheikh Danladi reminded the Worshippers to always remember that life will come to an end.
