When these thoughts come into your mind, hold up a stop sign and say “no thank you”. Just because you have a negative thought doesn’t mean you have to accept it.
Take a day and let all your negative thoughts and fears come out and say goodbye to them.
Not doing anything about your negative thoughts and continuing to block them out will only attract more. Let the thoughts flow out of you, reject them as a possibility and let them continue flowing away from you.
Every thought can be accepted or rejected, you decide.
